International: We offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Which includes; Canada, United Kingdom, European Union (which includes,; Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman. If we cannot deliver to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
For U.S. Customers:

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Orders that are over $50, qualify for free standard shipping (if applicable).
For International Customers:

Shipping fees for international orders depend on the destination, package weight, and shipping method, and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or other delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For U.S. Customers:
There are no additional customs duties or import taxes for U.S. orders. Sales tax may apply depending on your state’s regulations.
For International Customers:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. Fire Away Tee is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional fees incurred.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Fire Away Tee is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, we are committed to assisting you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier:
- For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- For lost packages, please reach out as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both U.S. and international orders.
- U.S. customers may receive a prepaid return label for eligible returns.
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
